3TH GENERATION Craftsmanship
My family has been building wood burning mason fireplaces in New Mexico since the 1980’s spanning three generations.
I learned the fireplace building craft from my father and uncle who both started building fireplaces when they were teenagers in Santa Fe.
Having personally built 100’s of fireplaces the last 10 years my interest slowly evolved into blending the science of fireplace burning dynamics with crafting historically correct New Mexican fireplaces. Building and delivering historically correct fireplaces that draw and burn well allows me to contribute to the preservation of New Mexico heritage but, most importantly, provide my clients with an architectural centerpiece of their home that brings the calm, warmth and beauty of real fire to their family and friends.
